Make a care package with all the things needed for a Thanksgiving meal and place it in the pantry nearest you!
Blessing boxes are stocked with non-perishable food items, basic toiletries, baby supplies, and anything else that might be considered a blessing to someone who finds themselves in need. Items are anonymously donated and anonymously received. A simple rule applies - Leave what you can, take what you need.
Suggested items include:
Canned ham
Instant potatoes
Gravy mixes
Boxes of stuffing
Cans of corn
Cans of green beans
Cranberry sauce
Canned yams
Spices (salt, pepper, etc.)
Cream of mushroom soup
French Fried onions
Boxed/packaged or prepared dessert/cake/pie or fillings
And a sweet card or note wishing someone a Happy Thanksgiving!
