April 4

Mount Pleasant Recreation is having an Easter Egg Hunt at Park West!
Bring your baskets and join us for a jump castle and more!


April 7th ​
* Flashlight Egg Hunt

~ St. Andrews Parks - 1095 Playground Rd, Charleston
Grab your Easter basket and your head lamp and join us for this one-of-a-kind event! Our annual Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt is fun for the whole family. Join us on Friday, April 7 for carnival games, food, face painting, photos with the Easter bunny, and, of course, our Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt. Hunting zones are divided by age group. Over 3,000 eggs hidden!! Carnival games open at 7:00 pm. Egg hunt begins at 8:00 pm. $5 per child. $7 day of. Registration is now open.

* Daniel Island Easter Egg Hunt

Join us Friday, April 7th, from 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm at MUSC Health Stadium for the Daniel Island Easter Extravaganza! Exciting news, this year the Daniel Island POA is partnering with MUSC Health Stadium to bring you even more egg-celent fun. The Easter Bunny, traditional egg hunt, jump castles, face painting, a photo booth, balloon artist followed by the movie HOP on the big screen under the stars will surely make for an exciting and fun filled family afternoon and evening.
The featured movie of the night will be “HOP” .
You are asked to register for the event HERE so we can be sure to have enough eggs for all of the kids aged 10 and under. All registrations include movie, jump castles, face painting, balloon artist, green screen photo booth, craft station, Easter games, and a dozen filled eggs per child.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event.
Wristbands will be given out at check in on Friday, April 7th from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm at the Stadium only. The egg hunt starts at 6:00 pm sharp! Be sure each participant (ages 10 and under) brings their own basket for the hunt. (NO baskets will be provided for you). It is recommended you bring a blanket and/or chairs for the movie.
Cost: $5 per person entering MUSC Health Stadium (children under 5 are free).


April 8

* Community Easter Celebration in Park Circle
Visits from the Easter Bunny, Hot Dogs, Face Painting, Snow Cones, Popcorn, Fire Truck, Music by musical guest Jay Miley and
of course, an Egg Hunt!

Egg Hunts will be conducted in age groups:
Ages 1-4— 12:30 p.m.
Ages 5-8— 12:45 p.m.
Ages 9-12– 1 p.m.
After the hunts, eggs are returned in exchange for a goodie
bag full of treats!

Free event for our community!   Look for us near the playground area. Parking will be limited that day due to another event at Park Circle. We will have parking attendants on site directing you down East Montague where we will have additional parking at the church.
Be sure to bring a basket to collect eggs, a chair or blanket for
sitting, and a camera to capture your visit with the Easter Bunny!

* Easter fun at the Charleston Museum

Have a hoppy holiday from 10-12 pm with craft making at the Charleston Museum followed by an Easter egg hunt in the garden of the Joseph Manigault House. Every month The Charleston Museum offers a special program dedicated to providing an educational and exciting experience for the whole family. Join us each month for a different themed event including presentations and craft projects for children of all ages. FREE for Museum members and FREE with admission 


* Charleston Fun Park

We’re filling everybody’s Easter baskets with sweets, treats, and an Easter Bunny Meet and Greet. Don’t miss the fun on Saturday, April 8th. For just $10 per person, your family will get to enjoy a pancake breakfast and Photo Op with the Easter Bunny, your choice of any 1 indoor attraction, 5 raffle tickets, and early bird positioning for our Mount Pleasant Easter Egg Hunt.

-- 9am - Breakfast: Tuck into fluffy pancakes with all your favorite toppings. Then snap a few selfies with the Easter Bunny and share your favorite pic on Facebook.
-- 9:30am - Indoor Attraction: April Showers brings May flowers, but you don’t need to worry about taking a rain check on Easter EGGstravaganza fun. Pick your favorite indoor attraction and prepare to play.
-- 10am - The Early Bird Gets the Eggs: Get the best spot as we line up for our Easter Egg Hunt. With so many kids all wanting candy, the competition will be fierce.
-- 10:10am - Easter Egg Hunt Begins: Hop away and hunt for hidden treasures! The early bunny fills up his basket.
-- 11am - Raffle: Take home a holiday prize. You must be present to win at the Easter EGGstravaganza Raffle.

Everyone goes home a winner! There are plenty of eggs for every kid. Fill up your Easter basket with fun, photo ops, and tasty treats. Celebrate Easter a day early with your friends at Charleston Fun Park!

April 9

April 12

* Eggstravagant Easter Festival at Night Heron Park, Kiwah

.The evening is filled with family activities including jump castles, photo booth, train rides, lawn games, roving entertainment, glow gear and crafts. Dance to music with plenty of favorites for the entire family. Please bring your beach chairs and blankets for seating. An event menu will be available at the Night Heron Grill for purchase. Admission is complimentary. Night Heron Grill will be open extended hours until 8:30pm

April 12

Bring your little ones to play anytime between Wed. 4/12 and Fri. 4/14 and they will receive an Easter Egg with a special surprise inside!

April 15th

* Isle of Palm's Easter Egg Hunt ​

free event hosted by the Isle of Palms recreation, photos with the Easter bunny will be available - the fun starts at 10 am.  #24 28th Ave, Isle of Palms.

* Goose Creek Easter Rock Hunt

Goose Creek's Easter Rock Hunt will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 15 at Eubanks Park. The event is for ages 8 and under, and will feature an egg hunt, photos with the Easter Bunny, crafts and games. Tickets ($2) must be purchased in advance.

* Magnolia Plantation's Easter Egg hunt  
Lots of prizes to be awarded at this annual event.  Children will be divided into four groups for this 30 minute hunt.  The first group ages 2 and under will start at 10:30 (please see website for other times) This event is FREE with Garden admission - space is limited - please arrive 35-40 minutes before hunt time.  http://www.magnoliaplantation.com/whatsnew.html
 

* Middleton Place Easter Eggstravaganza

Bring a basket for the egg hunts which will take place in the Gardens. Once found, the hard-boiled eggs can be taken to the Stableyards to be dyed. Additionally, children play colonial games, participate in the Egg Roll and Egg Toss, hear classic stories and make Easter crafts. Beyond the Eggstravaganza activities, families may linger at Middleton Place and delight in the day's regular activities all afternoon 10:30

* Spring Festival at Freshfields Village

The annual Spring Festival is back and promises free fun for the entire family on Saturday, April 15 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm! Children can enjoy a jump castle, inflatable slide, bungee-trampoline, face-painting, balloon animals, spring crafts, and perform on stage with interactive performer John Cusatis. Plus, be sure to bring your camera to snap a photo with the Easter Bunny as he hops through the Village. Enjoy tasty treats from local food vendors including sno-cones, kettle korn, popsicles, BBQ and more.
St. John's Fire Department will host their annual Spring Into Safety event with tours of their fire engines,fire extinguisher training, Escape Planning and Safety Tips and a visit from Sparky the Fire Dog.
Let the kids play while you browse art work from the Kiawah and Seabrook Artists Guilds on display during the event. Or, stop by the FortyEight - A Wine Bar outdoor bar for a glass of wine or beer
